LGA 1155 that support 3rd gen proc?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a best value Intel chipset (Asus/Asrock/MSI) that support Ivy Bridge 3rd gen i3 out of the box without needing to flash BIOS.

Must have 1 PCIe 3.0 slot and onboard graphics. Will be used light gaming atm, no need for overclocking, dual PCI.

Also appreciate if can quote latest price

<s>ASrock H61M/U3S3 (need flash BIOS) - 230</s>
MSI H61M-P31/W8 - 155

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

CPU: i3 3220 3.3Ghz - 339 (Viewnet)
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333 - 129
Mobo: ???
Case:
PSU: FSP Hexa 500W - 150
GPU: reuse old 9500 GT
HDD: reuse old sata

monitor randomly no display

Hi, I have this strange problem with Samsung Syncmaster 2033SW LCD monitor that keeps alternating between 'analog' and 'digital' mode when on it, then it goes to something like a standby mode with the LED blinking.

However sometimes after I power the PC off and come back after I leave it for awhile, the display shows again (this happens like rarely once a day), then I can see that my video card is functioning like the usual. Sometimes it freezes and after I shutdown or restart it goes back to no display.

Specs:
Pentium D 2.8
Intel D945PLRN motherboard with no onboard graphics
NVIDIA 9500 GT with DVI-I, VGA and HDMI connector
Samsung Syncmaster 2033SW LCD monitor (has DVI and VGA)
Stock 500w psu (just changed new one this year)

Single Link DVI-D Cable
VGA cable

Things I've tried:
Checked temp not overheating
Reinstalled GPU drivers
Tried with either VGA or DVI cable
Connect monitor via VGA port on my laptop - showed display.
Monitor self test works fine, if unplugged it shows 'check signal cable' and the 3 colour squares
Updated 2033SW firmware, doesnt seem to have any effect.
Setting BIOS default video to Auto/PCI PEG/PCI
Taking out CMOS battery / reset jumper
Reseat GPU, clean dust around fan and PCI slot
Reseat RAM, if took out all RAM it will beep

So I took out the GPU and RAM to reseat it recently, now everything still start up (all component fans spinning), no bios beeps, but my keyboard doesnt light up like when the OS loaded and the HDD led only light up shortly. Still no display on monitor. Cleared the CMOS and no luck.
