hi, im going to take my key soon. By the way, will need sifu at here to give me some advice/guide.

I m only doing some simple touch up only, as below:-
1) tiling for car porch (est. 22x20)
2) install gate and grill
3) install autogate
4) tabletop and kitchen cabinet
5) add on wiring, install light, electric item & etc.
6) plaster ceiling (not confirm)

Which step I should do first and which is subsequent?

Btw, any recommend contractor/ supplier/ technician is cheap/ reasonable price and reliable for:-
1) tiling sifu
2) place to purchase tile
3) gate & grill
4) autogate
5) tabletop and kitchen cabinet
6) wiring and install light
7) place to buy kitchen and bathroom accesories
8) place to buy furniture
9) place to buy light, fan, water heater
