Vacant Possession but house is unfinished by my developer
currently the issues is with the tiling of the house.
they want me to take VP and claim DLP.
should i or must i take keys or should i reject and claim LAD ?

also they are also claiming some miscellaneous charges from owners before VP
is this normal or allowable ? if its normal what is the charges normally for ?

Help needed ,

purchased my self a SONY cx405 HAndycam
problem is i can only view certain videos on my HANDYCAM.

-tried installing the sony software same result only certain videos were there
-tried direct connect to pc using sd card same result
-when opening from PC notice .CPI files small size KB but dated is same as my videos that can viewed on Hdycam
which cannot be read only .MTS can be read

anyone can suggest me how to transfer those videos file on my pc.
