The working environment here is consider nice. Freedom without supervision from Manager.<br />i can have breakfast or lunch at anytime i want, most of my colleagues treat me very nice (i often no need to pay for the meal as i&#39;m the minority female in company <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) and I&#39;m quite happy working with them. No political problem (GOOD ONE&#33;) . I am paid quite ok and i&#39;m considered one of the management member. Everyday happy go lucky... Of course, that is only the beautiful part. i also faced obstacles along the time but i manage to go through it by searching the opinion from the elder colleagues. Furthermore, this company is not like other multinational company- imagine of china man company,---&#62; little benefits and remuneration.<br /><br />After 1.5 years, i found my job bored. I dont find my work interesting and nothing much for me to learn at this position anymore. My brother asked me to go for other more challenging job like bank sector while i&#39;m still young (age of 25) to learn more thing and knowledge. This is one of the suggesstion only and i&#39;m not neccessarily need to follow. But i&#39;m thinking of leaving but afraid of changes and could not adapt to the new working environment. In addition, with my position now,i can get basic salary plus commission if i able to sell any units of cars. So i can be considered well paid.<br /><br /><b><span style='color:orange'>My dilemma now is: <br /><br />1)Look for new job- To get more knowlege and experience since i&#39;m still young but income might be lower. Or should i become full time Car Sales Advisor?Uncertainty... <br /><br />2)Stay on - Bored and nothing much to be learned.But comfortable <!--emo&:o--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/yawn.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='yawn.gif' /><!--endemo--> <br /><br /></span></b>I have Degree in Mass Comm- PR , but for me it is just a certificate.
