Honda Civic EK96 Convert to EK99

Hi Any sifu or Civic car owner that had ever done convert from 1996 Honda Civic (EK96) Convert to the 1999 Honda Civic (EK99) with back light white red looks? Anyone can advice me?

Front : Front Bonnet,rear fender and bottom bumper & headlamp
Back: rear fender back bonnet ,back bumper

(1) Did i miss out any of the part need to convert?
(2) How long will the conversion takes? 1 day?2 day?
(3) How much roughly does it cost?
(4) I Plan to repaint my car from maroon red to champion white ,how much will it cost?Any sifu can advice me?

Any advice is appreciate or any contact to call or recommend is really welcome. Thx so much in advance!
