Whatsapp Spam call harassment

Hi fellow serious /k , these few days I got whatsapp spam calls from 3 different numbers .
All 3 inhibit the same calling pattern :
1. 3 whatsapp calls per session .
2. Each call rings for about 2 seconds , so basically attempt to accept the call is close to 0. I tried.
3. Per session is around 2 minutes

To summarize , I would get 3 continuous whatsapp spam calls under the same number within 2 minutes, each ring for about 2 seconds.

Below are the numbers :
1. 014-795 4967
2. 011 2708 5042
3. 011 6176 8410

All the numbers having profile pictures, with 2. and 3. having the same profile pictures which shows a generic helpdesk smiley face.
The 1. is more of a typical model picture.

Anyone have the same experience before ? Any attempt to call back is of course to no avail.
I know I can just block them , Im just wondering what the modus operandi is behind these calls.

Chasis number / VIN history records

Hey F&F sifus ,

I've been to JPJ website and mycarinfo to search for this used car report , but I am not too convince because the car uses a new number plate.
When I key in chasis number in mycarinfo , no total lost record. On the other hand , the insurance report only 1 year as insurance report is dependable on the number plate which is a new number plate.
The car is 11 years old.

My question is how can I fully traced the history record of the car including old car plate numbers and insurers , because I would like to make sure the car is properly taken care of by the previous owner? Is this logical way to check ?

Do I need a JPJ runner to do the job?

3.8% over 35years .

We are effectively paying for 2 houses in the span of 35 years while actually owning just one.

Reasonable ? Logical? Sustainable?

Hey serious /k ,

So ayam gonna start working in UOA Jalan Pinang , infront KLCC that one.
Need to know where is the most cheapesrt parking, cause I cant travel via train due to jobscope ( need to travel to client side quite frequent ) .

Also I bet seasonal parking is fully snatched up, but still appreciate to show me where to look.

And I knew the open parking space is prone to flood ( lesson from last year December flood ) so appreciate if can point me to a safe parking spot .

On all my jobs , I’ve gotten 9-6pm, 8.45am-5.45am , 9-5.30pm. They are of course on the offer letter , and times are that we work more.

But this new offer letter that I might (not) sign stated working hours is 9-630pm. I think this is outrageous to specify on paper to work this long hours, before even factor in the unspoken OT.

Is this even normal? From the package i got I knew they try to squeeze me dry , but this really get the cake for being a douche company.

Camry 2.4V 2011-2012

Hi FF peeps,

Im currently eyeing on year 2011-2012 camry 2.4v FL , they are going under 50k right now.
Due to a job change , I will be require to travel alot possibly across state.
My current ride is the 2010 Honda City TMO.

Reason I’m picking this car :
1. The reliability - common perception about toyota
2. 200+ hp with 5 speed performs better than my current drive.
3. Below 50k +- a major service and tyre change is within my tolerance.

Reason why I do not want to stick to my current drive :
1. Personally it carries a sentimental value as it is unofficially a giveaway car from my parents back when I start working in 2014. Today my parent is driving an even older 2005 idsi honda city which the condition is getting poorer ( still runs fine ). I want to give the TMO back to them .
2. As per point 1, I do not wish to further push my current drive due to the sentimental value it carries . It currently clocks in at 162km , I just want to retire it and look for a workhorse which I wouldnt even bat an eye if it goes under another pothole.
3. I do not have any car under my name, TMO is registered under parent’s. Therefore getting a 2nd hand car will help me to collect my NCD before I upgrade again ( if any possibility ).

Appreciate feedbacks on XV40 owner , common problems , what to look for when dealing with 2nd hand dealer , I would like to have your kind feedback before making any decisions.

Bringing tools with Li Ion battery

Hi serious /k , I’m trying my luck to get a few machineries that is attached with Li ion battery underneath it i.e drills , tools etc .
However my shipper say they dont do shipments on items that contain batteries.

Anyone has experience on another forwarder who can ship such items?

Internet router too far from the room

In a dilemma on how should I install my upcoming TIME internet.

By default should install in in the living room, however the signals will have to pass through three walls ( 2 bedrooms ) to reach my Master room.
Previous owner had streamyx installed in the living room and told me that the wifi signal wont be able to reach the master room. I stayed in the middle room last time, and the signal was already very weak after passing 2 walls.

So to have internet in my current master room, I can install the whole TIME thing in my room since I have the phone socket in the master room. This poses another problem because I do work from home in the living room

Since I have a phone socket in the master room, will it work if I buy a 2nd router and connect it via a phone cable to the phone socket in my room, so that I can get my tenanted unit fully covered?
This seems a too simple solution so I doubt it will work that way , 2 routers with 1 phone line

Currently using DIGI postpaid RM50 ( Hidden plan ) for 75GB per month but speed slow af.
I've decided to get TIME for my currently unit that I'm tenanted in.

So is it possible to get a phone line without any plans attached to it , something like pay as you use ?
I tried to search DIGI website and google, all results are shown with plans la prepaid la etc.

Public Bank AIA Insurance cancellation

Serious /k peeps , at some point I must have unknowingly subscribe to Public Bank's AIA insurance and it has been automatic deducted through my savings account.
These are of course happen unknowingly , partly my own negligence but also I never receive any documents about it. I traced it as far back to 6 months as my online banking allows me to trace but it may be more.

How can I escalate aside unsubscribing it straight away , to recover part if not full of the premium that I have unknowingly deducted from my account?

Any serious /k sifus or finance professionals advice are appreciated.

The Tudor Black Bay series, especially the 79220 series is very much sought after compared to the newer 79230 versions.

Oh mai its been sometime since I last post in serious /k .

I’ve always been a good paymaster and just last month I did not receive estatment from the bank which they will sent at the end of every month. I too overlooked this issue as I have other 3 CC to pay and other transfers as well. This resulting me to pay my HLBB CC late. Amount involve is small but Im worried about my CCRIS. Anyone have the same experience and hw can I appeal to not get a stain in CCRIS ?

Yeap Im putting the blame on not receiving my estatment, checked my deleted / trash mail and its not there.
