Which Telco Should I Switch

kenny16 — Mon, 10 Jul 2017 18:53:43 +0800

Currently I live in Klang Valley, may I know which telco provide good 4g coverage and stable line in indoor/outdoor? Because recently I heard Digi enable 900mhz spectrum and also heard some people say Maxis provide most stable line.

MNP Problem within Webe and Maxis

kenny16 — Fri, 27 Jan 2017 17:20:47 +0800

On Thursday I request port out from Webe to Maxis at Maxis Center, the staff choose Celcom in MNP system, then i ask him, Webe is celcom? Then he say yes, because Webe under Celcom. Around night time, I call to Maxis to check my port in status, then the staff told me my request rejected due my name is not belong to the number. Then he say he will resubmit the request again. After that I call Webe to comfirm my number is it belong to my name, then webe say yes, it belong to my name. Second time...third time...request also rejected due same reason.Today I call to Maxis check it again, then he say Webe is under P1 in MNP system, he will resubmit the request again...but at last also rejected...Then I ask Webe in their MNP system, it call Celcom or P1? then Webe staff say Webe is Webe.

So actually is what wrong here? maxis wrong or Webe wrong? I think my request already rejected over 4 times...

kenny16 — Fri, 04 Nov 2016 23:08:23 +0800

Hi,may I know is it got any grace period for MNP? Let say if this month I just switch to celcom (with no contract),can I switch to Digi on next month? Due to the coverage/speed problem/other problem.

Which Telco Should I Switch

kenny16 — Sun, 30 Oct 2016 01:42:55 +0800

I currently using Maxis, I wish to switch to other telco becoz maxis expensive

Below is my frd opinion after they using long time :

Umobile - Coverage and signal weak, but internet fast

Celcom - Internet sometime lagging and disconnect, but coverage good

DiGi - Cannot surf internet when weather is bad, but internet fast

I want a good coverage(sometime go to Penang work, but mostly work in KL) and fast internet, but still don't know which telco is better.
