MRI scan (How much does it cost?)

I had an arm injury 2 years ago, which I sprained my arm and didn't treat properly. I went to tit ta and then acupuncture, but both weren't so helpful since I still had pain with my arm. My arm was usually in pain when I was writing or holding my mouse when surfing internet and. Sometimes my joint may twist and come out a bit and went back into place, which was freaking scary!! I went to GP but they told me that my arm seemed fine (How much I still endure pain when they said there's nothing wrong?)

So I decided to go to the specialist in Pantai Hospital to diagnose the problem. The doctor recommended me MRI scan but it can cost up to 2k in private hospital. So he told me to go for the scan in government hospital. Hence, I went to the government clinic and asked the doctor to refer me for the scan in government hospital. However, the doctor refused to refer and gave me treatment like sonotron and paracetamol to relieve the pain. He told me to ignore the pain and it will go away like that, which I totally disagreed with this statement (since it's already 2 years). I believe the problem isn't so easy as he said, so the scan is totally crucial for me since I don't even understand what's the real problem that is causing the pain in my arm.

I'm having dilemma right now. Does anyone have idea? How much is the price of the scan too?
