Recommend me some gear for photography

Hey guys, im planning to jump to a better body and some new lenses to after using my 1000D for about 1 and a half years. I'm getting serious about photography and I need a good body that I won't have to change anymore. Prefably, I do not want the 5D MK3 and 1D MK4 as they are way over budget.
I'm not too sure about what to get and the photography I would like to do is macro photography, sports photography, photoshoots and some wedding events.

The current gear I have is the 1000D, 50mm F1.8 Mark II, Tokina 10-17mm Fisheye,Sigma 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 and the Nissin Di622.

In my mind for the body, I am thinking of a 60D or 650D or 7D. What do you guys think? And also for the lens I'm thinking of the Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L IS USM Macro. Anything else to add in?

Cheers,
Samuel Fung.
