Hi,

I plan to buy a house in a gated community but am newbie. Previously i was looking at symphony hills but i decided that it was quite far, not to mention i felt the maintenance was on the high side.

And nowadays price of landed is getting steeper, are there any new project recommendation. I personally like to be outside city centre but close to highways. I would be able to afford below RM1.5 million range, any recommendation on new projects/second hand areas?
