Order is not complete as it waiting for touch n go ewallet. But touch n go ewallet already make the payment.

Press the cancellation at lazada app and cancellation success but never issue refund.

ANy way to settle this? I could not even find the no to call Lazada.

Hi Sifu,

I lodged an report to maybank regarding a dispute that double charged to my card since Feb 21. I had been keep calling Maybank call center but there is not update. They only asked me to wait.

I asked to escalate and they only point me to disputemgmt@maybank.com.my.

Can i ask how can i escalate further? For example cc MCMC or other government agency?

I had one old AIA insurance Plan, bought it about 13 years ago.

It is monthly RM150, cover about 100k for Life, Accident and 36 critical illness. I am thinking if with the same amount, can i buy another better AIA life insurance plan?

-> I prefer AIA because i love AIA.
-> I only need Life insurance, i already have medical card using great eastern.
-> Prefer better coverage

I am unable to renew my roadtx thru myEg after i paid my insurance. The warning shows i am blacklisted. I believe this is due to un-pay PDRM summon?

But i cant check any un-pay summon online, The web Portal is temporary closed in myEG website. Any advise how can i check and pay summon online now?

Recently, i am planning to buy a house, priced 300k. I wish to apply for Stamp duty exemption.

However, i need to understand the definition of "first time buyer", because i already own a house (50%), i inherit from my grandma without any SnP signed. Am i still consider "firs time buyer"?

My lawyer say i am no longer entitle but i literally never buy a house wo.
