I asked the picture of the housing, and he emailed me with the picture which i can see clearly the items attached with assemble tools. He also mention need 7 days for pre-order. I received the items soon after and realize the housing got many scratch on many side which left  visible white marks, and the assemble tools not found in the package also. I complaint , pm the seller and till now no reply from him. Guess it&amp;#39;s just another common attitude, run away from my problem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Summary of my problems:&lt;br /&gt;1. I don&amp;#39;t receive the assemble tools. &lt;br /&gt;2. Scratch on the housing.&lt;br /&gt;3.             <title>Connection Problem : Modem, OS or Streamyx itself?</title>

            <description>Howdy, my workplace&amp;#39;s internet gone wild since last month. It&amp;#39;s start from frequently disconnected to&lt;br /&gt;no internet connection at all. It&amp;#39;s workked fine with my PC, window 7 before.&lt;br /&gt;So, i had done a lot of things to figure out what&amp;#39;s wrong.&lt;br /&gt;But, something bugged me....i was confused and not sure what cause the problem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) I checked the cable(replace it), splitter, phone line, modem configuration, restart modem for &lt;br /&gt;    hundred times....etc. All looked fine to me. Yet, i guess it might be my PC - window 7 ultimate 32bit problem?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) So, i try to reinstall my drivers. Even reinstall my OS. The problem still occur. &lt;br /&gt;    Now, seem like my modem malfunction?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Next, i replaced the modem with my home modem on that fresh win7. &lt;br /&gt;    Everything worked perfectly and smooth.&lt;br /&gt;    Yet, something interesting happen....that really bugged me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) I replaced back to my workplace&amp;#39;s modem, and i used my Ubuntu 10.10 OS. My internet run &lt;br /&gt;    smooth. (So it&amp;#39;s my fresh window 7 OS got problem? But with new modem internet worked fine? - refer #3)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s like endless loop. &lt;br /&gt;If I used Ubuntu, i can connected with the workplace modem, that&amp;#39;s mean my win7 got problem? .&lt;br /&gt;If my window 7 got problem, then how could i connect with my home(another) modem?&lt;br /&gt;If the workplace modem got problem, then how could i connect with my Ubuntu?&lt;br /&gt;If my workplace modem didn&amp;#39;t supported window 7, then how i could connected before?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;=======================================================================&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Broadband provider&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ISP/package: Streamyx 4mbps&lt;br /&gt;Have you called your ISP&amp;#39;s helpline?: Yes, the CSO can&amp;#39;t do anything as what she said.&lt;br /&gt;Before they send their technician, i need to understand the problem i had since it&amp;#39;s interested me. &lt;br /&gt;Never meet this kind of situation before.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal equipment&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modem: Linksys AG241&lt;br /&gt;=======================================================================&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, any one had face same problem before? I ain&amp;#39;t IT expert. Any IT expert can explain to me? Thanks&amp;#33;</description>
