            <title>Unifi no internet / installation not completed</title>

            <description>&lt;u&gt;Broadband provider&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ISP/package: Unifi 30mbps package&lt;br /&gt;Location: Selangor, Puchong&lt;br /&gt;Have you called your ISP&amp;#39;s helpline?:  Call once every two days,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal equipment&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modem: &lt;br /&gt;Router: &lt;br /&gt;Firewall used: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Problem details&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First occurence of problem:  After I use it for two weeks.&lt;br /&gt;Problem frequency: &lt;br /&gt;Problem description:  installation not complete as told by Unifi &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;My Unifi 30mbps have no internet for 3 weeks after I use it for 2 weeks. I called to the Unifi hotline and they told me it is installation problem because it is not completed yet. And they said will highlight my report and will be solve ASAP. And then I waited for more than 1 week but it is still the same.  So I went to TM center to search for help but they told me the same and have to wait.  Now it already 3 weeks and I still dont have any internet connection. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whenever I try to use browser on my phone it link me to the walledgarden.tm site. (Will upload the screenshot later)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=5526824]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and this is when I re-entered the password:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=5526831]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone experienced this before and what can I do except calling Unifi every single day and wait for another 3 weeks??</description>

            <description>Well I know nothing about computers but I need to buy a laptop that can last long.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;just for normal usage like Microsoft office thingy. As for processor prefer intel i5.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Budget around 2k.  any suggestion? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*No Acer thanks =w=*</description>
