Why Tuotu can only conncet to Tuotu peers? I am not able to see bitcomet, bitlord peers at all. Could somebody lend me a hand?

I was given a 3 months free trial on IPTV. Lines has been upgraded from 512KBPS to 1MBPS. Once the port is changed, my BT is slower than a turtle. Sometimes gets 0 and the most not more than 10kbytes. I used to have 56kbytes/s at my 512kbps line. I make a lot of noise to TMNET, they just say I will reset your port and ask me to test back the line. The problem remains and I am so fed up now. I plan to unsuscribe my line if I couldnt do any BT. I am really very disappointed with TMNET!

Streamyx Problem! Upload faster than download!

I was so fed up with TMNET. They gave me a 3 months free IP TV service and free upgrade to 1MBPS from 512KBPS for 3 month as well. IPTV consists of 3 Msia channels and 1 China Satellite TV as well as Video On Demand. It seems so great initially and the nightmare comes! My line drop to download of less than 100KBPS and my upload goes to 512KBPS. Problem has been dragging for 1 weeks and everyday TMNET customer service will only call to say I reset your port and please check again and feedback to us if the problem persists! Goodness if the configurationg of port is wrong, reset the port doesnt resolve anything! Guys and girls, I am really fed up of them and what should I do now? I guess the port is wrongly capped with speed. The customer service seems not knowing anything! Whatever I explain, they seems to be blur!!! I couldnt tolerate anymore with them! Proof of bandwidth test is as following! It took me one hour to download 1MB files! Jesus Christ!
