Want to loan a car but no income prove

1. i got rental income for 10 rooms around Rm2500 monthly, but i don't do any tenancy agreement, just pay and stay, write normal receipt.
some stay 1-2 months and then move out, some stay longer than few years, how to declare rental collection into my income?

2. i quit my job and do some computer repair work, monthly can make around 1500 to 2000
do i need to register a business and submit all my income on computer jobs?

i've buy an iphone 3g on ebay but i get a fake look alike iphone. i have escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim, the seller told me that the phone should be aa original that he ask his supplier to sent to me.
anyone counter this situation before? please give me advice.
