Cost to resurrect a kapcai and scooter

Got 2 bike abandoned in a store at my kampung. Modenas Kriss 1997 and Suzuki Nex 2014. Both are in good running condition until my FIL got sick and eventually pass away almost 4 years ago.

Now, I'm not well versed at the cost of repairing kapcai and scooter. Battery, engine oil, spark plugs. Maybe tyre and belt. What is the ballpark here.

Kriss still fetch around RM1500 at Mudah. Nex is more than that. It is not worth to repair if the cost is high as I'm thinking to let go either one of the bike.

how to locate pillar/beam in the wall

Hi,

I am in the process of renovating my living area 6 feet to the front as I have a long porch to sacrify. I have few design in my mind but that depands on the position of the existing column inside the wall. Dont want to cought by suprise when tearing down the wall only found there is a column and ruin the whole design. As I understand, column is part of the frame which hold the whole house structure and removing it is not adviseable and I certainly do not want to do that. But having a column/pillar in the middle of the living room is a big no.

So what is the method to locate the position of the column beforehand and without having to tear down the wall first.

Audyssey 2EQ error setup

Just found out my sub didn't produce any sound. Here are some few wee hour of my test to rectify the issue

On sub
1. Change to different phase in case it is not in phase with the main speaker
2. Set the crossover to direct an let it control by AVR
3. Change the interconnect cable to remove the possibility of cable fault.
4. Adjust the volume much higher than normal so AVR can easily pickup the signal.
5. Reset to factory default

On AVR
6. Change the front speaker setting to small to push trough the sound to the sub
7. Set speaker type from Bi-Amp to Normal
7. Set the crossover to 80 to pick up a wider range signal
8. Turn off RIHD (HDMI CEC) - this is the last setup change I did before sub missing sound happen
8. Reset to factory default
9. Power cycle everything (switch off the whole HT and switch on again a couple of time)

For every change I did, I test with Audyssey setup and get the same error report which is cant detect the sub. The funny things is even when I purposely set the sub to 'no' and disconnect the sub cable from AVR , it still trying to scan the sub and than gave the error message. I could still manage to manually adjust the speaker setup minus the sub.

Can anybody suggest any workaround...

AVR = Onkyo TX SR508
Sub = Velodyne CHT-10Q
Speaker = Jamo 606
