I got 1 unit previously buy for own stay but now change mind planning to sell it for upgrade.
The problem is sell price way way below my expectation should I sell it now or wait for better price in future?

Hi all, I need some ideas how to get contact. This girl is my neighbour, we know each other during primary school. My parents and her parents know each other as well. I got her Facebook last time but now no more. She closed her account. Now my problem is how to ask my mother to get contact from her mother? Or any idea?

I received offered from Singapore recently but if i stay at my current company i can learn more knowledge compare the job in Singapore.

Working in Singapore i can save a lot but no career enhancement.
Continue working in my company can learn new technology but cannot save much here.

i in dilemma now. Any advice ?

I want to buy a car for my sister who need to go genting very often ( job nature ) . budget below Rm 75K

i do have list on my mind :

1 ) Preve - nice spec ( both hp and torque )
2 ) kia rio - small car buy powerful

preve is the first choice if base on spec and value, but i have no idea for the engine reliability for for latest badge.
SA state all major problem solve up to date ( can trust or not ? )

I dont know is way to choose between preve and kia rio or not since both is different segment .
but the price is almost same.

any other can consider ?

It will much appreciate for any advice given.
