Gigabyte GA-965P-S3 Rev3.3 + Corsair DDR2 RAM

I installed 2 pieces of 512MB Corsair (VS512MB667D2) DDR2 667MHz RAM running (Dual Channel Mode) on Gigabyte 965P-S3 Rev3.3 motherboard with Bios version F12 and Windows XP or Vista setup keep giving blue screen. Finally, fed-up go install Windows 2000 SP4 and it works but not very stable! sometimes hang on Windows shut down after installing system driver and randomly reboot itself and freeze/hang while watching movies?!

The processor is working fine, temperature shown around (55~66c) using Cooler Master Hyper48 Heatsink+Fan. Anyone encounter this same problems? Is this problems related to the RAM compatibility or what?

[attachmentid=264937]
