Dear All, planning to get a gaming laptop recently, but less than 2kg, cos need to bring it around for daily work also.

current target :
1) MSI GS32 6QE Shadow 1.20kg
2) Razer Blade Stealth 1.25kg

Currently some of the laptop using small cache SSD plus a real HDD. how is the performance compare with a SSD hard disk for laptop?? boot up time same??

me and my gf planning to buy a own house in this year and location in Seri Kembangan (cos near to the parent house). after searching this area, we got 2 choice, one is 16 years old with little renovated 20x70 landed house in Taman Bukit Serdang, price 295,000. and another one is a new 1300sqf 1st floor townhouse in Bayan Villa, price 291,000.

Both of two without funished, and townhouse with 24hrs guard and 2 car parks, maintenace fee 0.15/psf, and landed house not guard and facing a public park.
