Why my New PC internet connection so slow..?

Dear all,

I just bought a new PC 2 days ago..

Intel i5-3470
Gigabyte H77M-D3H
Kingston 4GB DDR3
D-Link Wireless Adapter 150MB
Package : Streamyx 1MB combo..

I have installed the window 7 ultimate pro, and also run the installation for motherboard.

Then i encounter that how come my PC connection is so slow..?

I had run both speed test result with my Old & New PC:
Surprisingly my Old PC is downloading @ ± 1MB speed,
where my New PC is downloading @ ± 247 kbps only..

Could anyone assist me on solving this issue..?
