HELP ! Current issues for argumentative essay

HELP !!!

My school teacher asked us to write an argumentative essay according to the current issues in this 2 months

I don't read newspaper this few months because I'm preparing for my exam and everyday also has tuition class

Senior, please help me !!! Anyone who read newspaper everyday can tell me which current issue can be my reference for argumentative essay? The essay should based on my own opinion on that particular issues.
Can anyone send me the link, so that i can print it out. because my teacher want to see which news or issues we are using.

Buying new laptop for tertiary study.

I'm a spm leaver and don't know much about spec of laptop.I heard some of them say dell has a very good service but in term of quality I still don't know yet.
Can anyone explain to me the different between dell Inspiron 14 , 14r and 14r special edition ?
Anyone can suggest to me a suitable laptop for tertiary study but not too expensive one ? And I prefer laptop with a keyboard like MacBook ..

I prefer most of the student speak english and better quality of education..

Lecturers also quite important as we learn knowledge from the lecturers..

Maybe next month I will go Tarc(Penang ) to pursue my tertiary study.
Since I'm Chinese educated student , my can't write and speak fluently in English .
I'm willing to improve myself everyday during my tertiary study .
I'm looking for some good language centre that offer part time English program.
I'm from Taiping ,so I only can check through Internet .
I know there are some language centre like British council and els..
But I don't know they got offer part time course or not

I just finish my SPM and waiting for my result currently. I wish to have a degree in accounting before taking professional papers(ACCA). I have done my research about my tertiary study about 3 months because i don't want regret after I start to study.
Some forum say that TARC is ACCA Approved Platinum Learning Partner
If I finish diploma in accounting at TARC and continue degree at Sunway University.How many years I have to study at Sunway?
Anyone can tell me the pros and cons of studying in TARC(Penang)?
I'm a chinese educated student. I can speak in english but not very good. I want improve myself to speak in english during my tertiaty study..and I wish to have a good basic in accounting too..

I'm studying at UTAR (Kampar) currently.
Almost 99% of students speak mandarin..
Some of the senior say that English proficiency is very important for us in our tertiary study and working life.
Since I'm a chinese educated student,but I'm willing to learn and improve my English..
It's very hard for me to find a friend to speak english with me everday..
Kampar got any language centre (like Erican or British council)?
Hope all senior can help me..

Accounting or mechanical engineering?

I am a pure science student. i didn't take prinsip perakaunan as my extra subject. i scared i cannot handle accounting..
i love physics, m.math and add math..i get A+ for the three subjects and my cousin recommend to take mechanical engineering..
my parent can't afford to send me to those good university like sunway or taylor
if i choose engineering, where should i go?
some of my cousins ask me to take accounting because it is much more easier than engineering and has high salary when pass the ACCA exam
