Hi guys,

I am considering to upgrade my old pc and spend a bit. The problem as per below:

- slow when opening web pages in full hd resolution
- if too many tab, like lag crazy
- full hd movie lags. Hd movie still ok la..
- i dun reallly play games that much nowadays..but the laggyness really affects me when doing my assignments

My system:

Pentium e5400 Dual core socket LGA
2gb DD3
P5G41T-M mobo
No graphic card - intel G41 express chipset

I'm thinking for cheap upgrade. Maybe around rm500? I really for cheaper solution though..haha

Poor digi customer service

It was all fine when suddenly the phone just went off when i was about to make a call. I couldnt make any phone call the whole day. So, i tried taking off the battery from the phone and put it on again, didnt on.

The next day i straight went back to dealer where i bought my phone (subang parade) and ask them to check the phone. They told me moboboard ko and will give me a call within one week. One week later no response from there, check with 2 dealers again (subang parade and one utama authorize dealer), they told me it is service center responsibility. I went back and forth like 4 times between the service center and dealer, but then still didnt get any response or initiative from them to even take the phone. At the same time, i was also constantly follow up with the customer service. Report were made, and i ask them the status on the issue, and they keep telling me that it is still under investigation. I can accept if the first and second time i called they told me it is under investigation. But for more than 1 week still investigation?? You guys know my issue, understand the situation, have my report number, what else do you need? So i decide to talk with the manager in charge. The first manager name is christopher. He told me that he will look into this matter and revert back to me. The next time i called to speak with christopher i kept on being told that he is either:not around/ busy attending other customer/ on leave. So i told them to refer back to me.

Then i call back the customer service and request to to talk with other manager. And they inform me the manager name jason. Jason only told his staff to tell ke he will investigate further. After 2 days waiting, situation is still under investigation. The person in charge already emailed jason about my problem.

It had already been 3 weeks i couldnt use my blackberry. On top of that, I still need to pay the bb plan for 2 years. The phone is only 5 months old, never fall before, can consider scratchless condition. Forgot to mention, when i went to the authorize dealer/ service center, they refuse to take my phone. Isnt the usual process is for them to take the phone, issue the receipt and call me once they are ready? Its not as if the warranty process deduct their paycheck or something...i bought from digi for the peace of mind sake, if i had know would have bought ap sets instead. Regret paying extra for the sh*tty service they provide me. I had been wasting my time, money and fuel for the pass few weeks for nothing

I had already emailed fomca regarding this issued 2 days back. Still no news from fomxa, will call them tomorrow... Hopefully they dont give me they are investigating crap.

Buying a new car

Just want to know if let say last time I bought my car RM 40k, current market price is around RM25k. Even if I sell the car right now, I still have RM5k outstanding. Can I still buy a new car? Or do I need to settle my loan first then only apply for new loan? How does it works?

Share your opinion or experience please . If those who actually know how it works even better.

Hi guys, im pretty new in my company..but i am having quite a bit of problem dealing with the non-exec. When i ask them to do something, they'll like being lazy and sometime don't even bother to do the task i assigned them to do..most of them are really senior, with work experience easily 10 yrs. Hope you guys can share your experience, perhaps how to deal with these kind if ppl..as at times, things can drag and really slow down the work pace..which make me wonder whether i should maki them straight to their face or nt..thx, appreciate your feedback

Why most seller when trying to sell exaggerate the condition of their phone when selling most of the time. I realized that when they say the phone is in mint condition it actually is which is a good thing. But for most other cases, example:

1. Seller mention phone condition 95% - when the condition is not so good. Scratches here and there, and sometimes got peel of some more. Isn't 95% is almost close to 100%
2. Seller mention phone condition 80% - much more worse than above, but still grade A (according to the seller)
3. Seller mention normal wear and tear - God knows how they take care of their phone. Badly scratches and peel of here and there. Whenever ask for more details of the phone they'll give you the answer "Normal lah, want better phone condition buy new one/from others."

Sometimes I go all the way to seller's place only to get disappointed with the condition of their phones. Really waste my time, money, petrol, toll etc. Any of these ever happened to you? Also, can anyone share their tips when buying a used phone?

low disk space in C

As the topic mentioned...My C: drive is having low disc space...actually the size for C is 9.76gb. I don't install anything much in drive C but how come only left 700mb I check the c drive and here's pretty much all inside drive c:

Program Files - 2.15gb
document and settings - 1.28gb
windows - 2.75gb and why is window so big

others are pretty much negligible....at least I should have 3gb left right?

Based on the topic above, I would like to ask what should I get for my budget. I'm open for used one as well. The less the better

Some of the criteria:

-Good indoor shots
-good night shots
-reasonable macro shots
-want to take picture of family
- zoom at least 3x
- using AA batteries
-IS would be great
- Nice to hold as well. To slim not really comfortable to hold..

Can a compact digicam fit this criteria? Or would it'd be better instead for me to get a prosumer? What are advantages? What are the extra features I'm gonna miss from a prosumer camera? Are those features are important?
