Recommend furniture store to buy cheap recliner

Hello everyone!
Im looking to buy a cheap but comfortable/soft single fabric recliner sofa.
I have seen few recliners on Shopee and Lazada. Ranging from RM 699 to RM 999. Then I saw Cavenzi online store and saw a nice recliner for around RM 750.

Do you think I can get a decent recliner for around RM500-600 somewhere? Please recommend. Any past experiences with shopee or Cavenzi etc. would be appreciated. Thanks alot.

Proton Preve Speaker Upgrade!

Whats up fellas?
So I recently bought Proton Preve 2013 and needless to say ICE sucks.
Atm my budget is not that good but I want to upgrade my speakers without changing headunit.
Currently installed headunit is factory unit.
I want mid-hi range for front and full-range for back speakers. 6.5" speakers ofcourse. I'm not sure if I can install 9" at the back or not because new to preve. I don't wanna cut the body.
I do have a 250watt amplifier lying around from my old proton satria. So I can use that too hopefully.

Current budget is: Maximum RM1000 for 4x 6.5 speakers + installation + wiring.

Can do it or nah? which one should I get? JBL? Rockford? or any other?

Advice on buying 2nd hand car

I have a Volvo S40 2004 - New shape. I am planning to sell it because cost is too high and going to buy 2nd hand car in my budget.
I have three options in my price range for a decent car. Please suggest which one is better in terms of cost and maintenance.

Company compound issue

Hi!
Im a foreigner in Malaysia. I set up my company with help of a family friend in 2013. It worked good for a year but then due to some visa issues I had to go back to my country. During this time my company didnt do any business. I came back in 2016 but only to find that SSM has fined all directors for not submiting audit from year 2014-2017. So I contacted my company secretary to help me solve it. Now here is the issue, that company sec. has poor command over English and I dont speak bahasa malay. It is really hard for me to communicate with her. Although I told her to do the following:
- try to get compound reduced
- show the company dormant from 2014-2016
- pay the compound
- get company back in good books

So she did the first part, instead of RM4000 per director, she asked me to pay only RM900 in total. So I did. But now its been almost a year, company still has same compound on SSM website. So that was the whole story

Heres my question where I need help:
Is there any way I can change my company secretary?
I want to hire a new company secretary, who should be legit and should be able to help me out of this compound mess. Do you guys recommend any company who does all that? Or do I need a lawyer? If yes, what kind of lawyer and any recommendation? Please help, you guys cannot imagine what kind of tough time im going through right now. Thanks in advance

So I am planning to buy iPhone 7+ because of promotion on Machines (128GB in same price of 32GB). But I planned to look around on web before buying and I found few sellers on different websites.

Two of them were selling this "Brand New iPhone 7 Plus 256GB Jet black" for RM3010 including postage fee.
I contacted the guy and asked him if he has stock. He said 15 sets available. Heres the summary of my discussion with him.

Condition? - Brand New Sealed
Delivery? - You will receive set within a day after payment confirmation via FedEx, PosLaju.
Warranty? - 1 Year Apple Warranty, 6 month return policy
Why selling so cheap? - because we are wholesellers and buy in bulk.

so guys, Help me!! I am confused
should I trust him? I mean there are tons of sellers like him with cheap prices, brand new sets. But its just too good to be true.
Do you think the phone is original? Or Do you think its refurbished and repacked? Or Do you think they have actually bought it from wholesale (if that exists for apple).
