2) So what is the benefit of using VPN?
There are a lot of benefits, I cannot list out all of them.
But for a normal user, here are the few benefits that I think is most important:
i) We use VPN to bypass throttle (slow download, torrent no run, etc)
ii) Visit some oversea websites (china website slow? Use HK or SG VPN to connect, the speed is totally different)
iii) Visit some restricted website (some website or software block certain IP, use VPN may bypass it as well.)

There are some bandwidth limit on certain server, please check when login under "Premium Usage".
These kind of bandwidth is not because plan problem, it is some rules that set by provider, we can't do anything.

Please notice that when buying big volume item, our weight is actually based on volume, which is total volume / 6000 = weight
Example:
30*15*20 = 9000 / 6000 = 1.5KG
Actual weight is 0.5KG
But volume calculation is 1.5kg
So customer need to pay 1.5KG = 2KG

But normally we only quote the estimated actual weight.
Only warehouse tell us that this parcel need based on volume weight then we just tell customer whether need extra payment or not.

0.50kg consider as 1kg, 1.33kg consider as 2kg, 2.01 consider 3kg.

We will estimated the weight of the items and charge you first.
If less estimated weight, we will wait you bank in and we just post your item.
If over estimated weight, we will refund the balance to you by banking to your account.
If you don't trust the weight, you may weight it yourself (don't open the parcel) after received it and take a photo to show us.

When we quote price, there is some China Courier Postage which we will stated after the price of the item.
(ex. RMB 10 (item) + RMB 8 (china courier postage) = RMB 18)
It is the courier fee from TaoBao Seller to our warehouse.
Some TaoBao seller is free of charge but some will charge a little amount.

After payment to us, remember to inbox your details (name, address, contact no.) to us via PM.

Some of our customer comment that the parcel is slow sometimes.
Reasons:
1. China Seller post your item lately. (some seller even just post item to warehouse after few days order)

Laptop hang while using google chrome

Sometimes i scroll the google chrome and whole screen is hang there

I try to ctrl + alt + del, blank screen and stuck there.

the only way is i turn off my laptop and on it back again.

this problem happened to me recently.
