            <title>Cold air/water seep out of shared wall</title>

            <description>this wall is shared with neighbor at the back, some sorta clustered landed property.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='https://pictr.com/image/BCpAFG' target='_blank'&gt;&lt;img src='https://pictr.com/images/2022/03/16/BCpAFG.md.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Does anyone know what&amp;#39;s the reason of it? usually early morning Cold air/water seep out of shared wall&lt;br /&gt;also, know any contractor that capable to fix it, need they help to explain/prove also also when i file claim for defect from developer, under 3-y warranty.&lt;br /&gt;Current developer-assigned sub-con+ architect said it observed as this wall is cool, but not an defect.&lt;br /&gt;was told neighbor open air-cond too long, which i dun beliv, there&amp;#39;s no way to fix it&lt;br /&gt;now it&amp;#39;s starting to grow mold&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <title>about to chg job but target to buy property</title>

            <description>old/new gross salary range: RM5~8k&lt;br /&gt;car loan:RM1200&lt;br /&gt;property targeted: RM400k (instalment around RM2000)&lt;br /&gt;about to chg job, new job starts at Feb&lt;br /&gt;will i able to get loan if apply. If yes, which bank? LTV 90%&lt;br /&gt;one banker told me work at new company for at least 2~3 mths.&lt;br /&gt;some banks advertise: stick with current company at least for 6 mths.&lt;br /&gt;any idea?</description>
