Rumah Selangorku/Idaman or subsale project?

Hello sifus, need your advice on the following:
1) rumah selangorku / Idaman (not sure will get or not, still in application stage) - RM250k for 1000sqft 3BR 2 carpark with free furnishings like aircon, water heater,kitchen cabinet, etc. But high density.. About 1.2k+ units. Location in Shah alam. I'm non bumi btw. Worried that there will be poor maintenance/frequent breakdown of lift. Anybody with experience staying in selangorku projects here....?

2) increase budget to 400k and get a condo unit...But its impossible to get a 3 Br unit with this budget right? Browsed through iproperrty / property guru and saw some listings which seems to be misleading. Eg. https://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-li...in-teo-34560248 .. Location wise, I prefer around subang, sunway area... Any advise on how do you guys usually look for property?

3) rent a place until can afford a decent 600-700k unit..?

Im from klang but currently staying in N9 but working in selangor.

Khao Yai, Thailand

Hi All,

Am planning to go to Khao Yai for holiday next year (end-Apr/ early May 2018). Need some advice on where to stay and ground transport. No of pax: 5 or 6 adults.
