hi i recently got myself a decent rig to play the current games.i missed plenty of the old games like this battlefield 2 cause my old rig cant support it.but i c that the game is still active n i wan 2 join in.

i just need all ur advice on how should i spend my money.this is gonna be my 1st ori game lol(havent bougth games in a long time anyway).so these are the questions i have for u guys:

1.should i buy 1st hand or 2nd hand?

2.i checked that battlefield 2 with all the expensions cost RM139.wat do the expensions do?buy with expensions or without or just 1 expansion set?

edit:btw i dun really like futuristic games like battlefield 2142 so thats y i am getting the older battlefield.

vista not detecting graphics card

i recently bought a acer gemstone 5920g laptop.everything was fine until i decided to update the driver for my 8600gt gc.I uninstalled the ori driver for the gc so that i can install to the new version.(didnt know the software would do auto for me...damn bloody dumb...)

after restart vista auto install driver for standard vga graphics adapter.when i run the nvidia installer for the new verison of forceware it says setup program cannot detect any drivers compatible with ur current hardware which i think it means vista not detecting the 8600gt.i go under device manager also the 8600 gc not there.i try scan for hardware change also nothing.

i restart laptop again still same problem....how to make vista detect my gc again?my index score now 1.0...zzzzzzzzzz pls help!!!!!
