Does anyone know a great place to throw a 21st?

Hey guys,

I posted here because I'm not too sure where to go and I thought this was the best place.
I'm throwing a 21st birthday party for my brother. He's finally come off age and I know he hates clubs and all that.
I'm looking for a place to rent for a day that is great for a party (hopefully with a pool) and is okay with noise.

Does anyone here know any?

OCBC Builder Express

I decided to start of the new year with a better financial plan for my savings thus I made my way today to OCBC to dump my money into a FD account. Lucky for me, the promotion for 9 months = 3.80% was introduced and I jumped at the opportunity despite having no knowledge of current FD rates/promo rates by other banks.

But I'm steering of my point, what I want to ask is, the consultant that was serving me introduced the Builder Express which is a bundle of High Interest Savings Account + Great Eastern Endowment Plan.

What I'd like to ask is can anyone please (who knows of this product) advise me on it's pros & cons? I've actually applied but am given a 15 days window to withdraw so yeah.. help? Because, I am finding it hard having to commit to a 15 years plan.

And if I'm needed to provide details, I'll try.
