Fail to connect using 3G modem

Hi everyone, I just bought a Huawei E220 modem and trying to connect my laptop to the internet using the modem but unfortunately, the following message popping up after I click "connect" in the Mobile Connect software.

"A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the
port used for this connection was closed. For further assistance,
click More Info or search Help and Support Center for this error
number"

Do anyone meet this problem before and how to solve this?
