Morning members of cupids,

Been reading around this sub-section yesterday and found out that I could really use some advise from members here. Summary of the stories goes like this;

Broke up with my first love 4 years back after almost 4 years being together. Grew up with her, everything with her. Reason for breaking up, totally my fault. Overlooked at few things that are really important to her. Being young, Im pretty hard headed back then. Tried to make it up, but she moved on with somebody else. Good for her, i reckon he treat her better than I am. So on and on as years goes by, I did try to go out with few people but it doesn't work out. I tend to compare what I had before with what Im in. Seems like I just can't be with someone else. Maybe because my expectation is too high as I believe that she is the right kind of person that somebody should end up with. Moving on, currently she's still with her boyfriend, the dude that was with her since we broke up. I really don't know if I should move on or just wait and see what will happen next. For me, she's worth the wait but it has been awhile. Even my parents asked me to move on. It's not as easy as it sounds. I believe that moving on is easy but letting go is hard. What should I do?

Private industry, of course..But does government get it too? eg. Police force, clerk or teacher. Or they just have their "pencen"?

Ares Problem

I used to use Ares before i reformat my computer. The connection was superb but now, i couldnt connect to Ares. It appears connecting for a long time. How do i solve this? Thanks

Hey. I browse around the Networks and Broadband subforum but i couldnt find the post on those 20% reserved bandwidth thing. Maybe the mods deleted it as many arguements about it whether it works or not but i somehow believe it does make a difference in my connection. Anyone know how to do it step by step? Thanks.

Opening My Own Shop

Hey everyone. I need your opinion on my plan to set up a shop. Currently I only set up a booth on weekends and the rental is RM800 for 8 days. My gross profit would be around RM1500 to RM2000 a month. I just started this business for like few months and the respond is superb. Alot of my customers ask me either i have a shop but too bad, i dont have any. I got alot of stocks in hand but I cant bring all every week. Its a waste right? I went to Cineleisure, Damansara and they quote me a price of RM2500-RM3500 per month depends on the location and sqf. excluding service charge, etc etc. Its sort of a small shot lot but thats not the point. Anyway, lets just say rental + electricity + service charge + etc etc is RM 5000 per mth. That means one day I should sell at least RM170 gross. Im not sure either I can do this or not. What do u guys think? Do I need a better location?

Anyway, let say if I want to open up a shop. I need to pay an upfront deposit of 3 mth rental, renovation fee, etc etc fee. Is RM50k enough excluding stocks? Not a fancy shop. Simple and nice shop will do =).

I really dont know where to post this but as this is a career topic, i think this is the most suitable spot to post it...anyway, I want to open a shop at a mall in Klang Valley. They ask me to give my company profile and shop proposal which I dont have...i just registered my enterprise company few months back....I really dont know what to include in it...so i really hope my lowyat friends would assist me in this matter....
