Hi guys, really need advice especially for those coming from IT lines. My job scope are quite wide, sometimes i need do very low level job but normally, my boss will give few's project and ensure the job done till payment received . project sometimes worth from 300k to 1 - 3 mill. the biggest project i ever handle is more than RM15 millions. so far, i never failed to meet my boss and client expectation too. some of my client really insist me to support them even i'm not available.

since i meet a lot of client, i always got offer from client to work with them (pretty normal i guess) and there is one offer that is quite difficult not to accept it. my client offer me a job at Doha , Qatar with 16k Qatari riyal (around rm15.8k ) with house, transport , medical and free air flight ticket per year (Single Posting). the cost of living at doha is quite expensive (rental for flat 1 bedroom easily 7-8k qatari riyal ), i was plan to go single posting for 6 month and after that will bring family.

my client is ok with that but they will not cover my family expenses. due to this issue, i was asking them whether is it ok to review back my performance after probation (3-6 months) to offer more than 20kQR, he said, no issue on this. he insist me to tender for 24h notice and he will pay my 2 month noticed.

back to my current boss, i told him what the client offering me this amount and he said will come back to me next day. to make my life even harder, he said what if i offer you RM14k, will you consider it? (i think he also no issue to offer me 16k). i said let me think first...

guys, im dillemma ..if received my boss offer, i think i'm the most highest pay in my company. when i join this company, the company is very small (less than 10 people) now company has growth to 40-50 peoples.

if im accept client offer, i have potential to get offer than 20k - 25k, maybe more than that if i really performed... if here, i think 15-16k already fix.

Gigabyte HD4770 Error

hi guys,

recently i just bought Gigabyte ATI HD4770, when i tried to play devil may cry 4 on Performance test. it will pop up
one error message after 1st test and woulnd't proceed to 2nd test.

i did tested on my friends PC running on windows 7, same error message popup

this is my spec

my psu brand is i-cute 450w,

plz advice, whether is my GC or pc problem

hi guys

As title above, whats the reason for this kind of problem, i got
intel p965wh mobo, and got S.M.A.R.T enable, when 1 st boot up
my mobo detected there r problem(it didnt state what kind of problem)
on my HDD, and i just press enter to continue.

i already send the RMA and state that was a Bad Sector on my HDD, and
yes, at first, im using the WD diagnostic tools to check the HDD and
got bad sector.

after wait about 2-3 weeks RMA, my mobo still detect the same problem sad.gif
, and as usual, just press to continue, format and install fresh windows XP,
and there no bad sector when using windows scan disk.

and...the same problem occur again, whetever i want to install the any application
or save file,movie..the ballon pop up from taskbar, and its state
"Delayed Write Failed"

do i need to send again for RMA?and what i should tell them
and can suggest me how to recover it?

hi guys

i have a compaq presario 1500, when i turn on the laptop, i can see the display, but
its very dark...i think there r sumthing wrong with the backlight..

can all the expert here tell me..whats the problem? how much to fix it..

i think there r 2 parts
1) the backlight itself
2) there is 1 device attach to the backligth, the wire color is pink and white, hard to explain..but i hope sumone know it...i oso suspect this device fail to operated
