            <title>Investing lowest floor of a Condo.</title>

            <description>Hi everyone, i would like to know what are the pros and cons of investing the lowest floor of a condo?             <title>BAD PROPERTY INVESTMENT</title>

            <description>hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please share your experience here on past bad property investment. Past investment not making money. Most people only dare to tell how much they make, but shy to tell how much they lose. Appreciate if can share your expericence here, though its a bad one.&lt;br /&gt;Example: My house bought in puncak jalil for rm200k 12years ago now only valued at 300k. If calculate interest, not making any money even during property boom now.
