Is this really the Best Condo in Malaysia? With 12 awards, is this the best condo investment in malaysia? How does this condo received so many awards and what make it so special? I even saw this project advertisement board along plus highway. Why this project publicity so high? Normally good project dont need such huge publicity and will sold out fast. Can this condo really give good investment return?

Shall we still have to wait to buy property?

Condo Investment In Kuchai Lama

So many new condo development in Kuchai Lama such as G Residen, 288, Le yuan, Palace Court, Desa Residensi & Seringin. Wish to buy one for investment but need sifu advice here. Which one would you recommendment and its pros/cons? Will it be over supplied and is it doable to buy one for rental play and/or capital gain? How is rental over there and is it easy to rent out? Who are the potential tenants? Any Kuchai Lama taiko here to advice?

Affordable Home in Seremban,does it work?

IMHO, the objective of affordable home in Seremban is not to solve the current properties overpriced in KV. Its more of an option for people who cant afford one in KV. Any comments?

Investing lowest floor of a Condo.

Hi everyone, i would like to know what are the pros and cons of investing the lowest floor of a condo? The condo unit is facing east and the swimming pool is just 1 floor below the unit.
In term of capital appreciation, will it be lower than upper floor?
Will it be more difficult to rent out compare to higher unit?
Will it be noisy and hard to find tenant?

Any forumer has experienced staying or investing lowest floor before?

BAD PROPERTY INVESTMENT

hi,

Please share your experience here on past bad property investment. Past investment not making money. Most people only dare to tell how much they make, but shy to tell how much they lose. Appreciate if can share your expericence here, though its a bad one.
Example: My house bought in puncak jalil for rm200k 12years ago now only valued at 300k. If calculate interest, not making any money even during property boom now. Talam sucks!! So sad.
Worse still those vested in bukit beruntung. My friend bought a double story terace house there 12years ago for RM200k and now only valued at RM150k. Again its talam. Sucks!!!
