Apartment management punched my brother

My apartment got no water earlier so I told my brother before I went out.

Since this is not related to SYABAS (he called them first to check), so he asked the guards (new batch I believe)

Clueless, the guards asked my brother to go to the management office

So he went there asked the chairman about the disruption and the chairman said it's outside working hours blablabla and my brother shud ask the guards. And my brother keep asking who should he refer to and later the chairman rage blablabla and also told my brother to speak in Malay and insult my brother. So my brother "fak off" him and later he punched him few times.

So shud he lodge a police report? But my brother technically flame him? and that chairman is living in the area also. so good idea to lodge?

Hi everyone,

I am a fresh grad in IT area. I went to two interviewers with company A (IT exec) and company B (IT graduate trainee)

While waiting for 2nd interviewer at company A, i went to company B and the next day after i finished my 2nd interview with A, B called and offered me a job.

I asked my family and they told me to accept it and I verbally accept the job. The HR of company B sent me some form to be filled no later than today but i did not fill it yet.

Today when i follow up with company A they said they are interested to hire me, just waiting for upper management and maybe they will me tomorrow call regarding the matter.

FYI, A is contract for 1year and B is probation for 6 month.

So what to do now. Help me.
