Need advise- car turtled (accident)

Appreciate cifus advise on this..
opinion from loss adjustors or car owners with similar kind of experience are most welcomed..
car is almost 2 years old (recond built in 2008), victim of a reckless driver..
Thought the car is repairable as what mentioned by the workshop but friends told its totalled - due to structural damages.
Workshop could be conflicted if declared as total loss as no earnings to the workshop as payment will be direct to owner - frens told..
but frens could be wrong as they are not expert in this field..
insurance co / loss adjustors might be conflicted too right? as they trying possible ways to cut costs for their paymaster..

my worried is in term of roadworthiness, if the car can be repaired without compromising safety, why not?
but the workshop said this need 5-6 months to repair- the earliest could be 3 months.. if not a major issues, why taking so long?
what do you guys think?

How to setup own mini Cinema

hi there,

i'm actually thinking of setting up my own mini cinema at my house.

The following things i've listed down in order to do that:

(i) Sound System

(ii) Set projector

(iii) Sound proofing..

Anything that i left out? any recommendation? which brand of speaker, projector etc. what are the estimated costs involved? I really dont have any idea on how to start with.

Screen goes blank

Dear Experts,

i bought this lappie 6 months ago, and running with Windows XP..

here is the problem i have been facing since 3 days ago..

Couldnt log to windows properly..the CPU sounds running but the screen appears blank..tried a few times, then can only boot normally..

I've set the Power Management that when i close my lid, its automatically goes to standby mode. However, when i try to re-log- in, the screen appears blank, but the fan and CPU sound like normal..like operating as normal..

the only thing can i do know is by pressing and hold the power button to shut down my laptop. When restarting, its appears blank again..

What is going on to my lappie, any experts here can help?..i've already reinstalled my windows, fyi..

Javascript disabled

..due to the spyware, i've use hijackthis software and accidently i had removed registries which i think cause this problem thereafter..

javascript was disabled and i cannot view the contents of my emails, and some other web page that requires javascript to be enabled. i already enable and click the necessary boxes in the Tools to enable it, but the problem have yet solved.

instead of reformating and reinstalling windows, is there any other way to solve this problem.i've install Registry Repair software and all registry was repaired.but javascript remain disabled. fyi, i've installed the latest java sun, but still its doesnt work.

pls help me..your response is highly appreciated, thanks in advance..
