Hi everyone. Need some input from u all. My wife is due near Chinese New Year next year. But I need to install aircon for the room, (confinement lady room). Should I do it while she's not at home and don't let her know? Haha it's the back unoccupied room, she won't notice. She's against all drilling and nailing and shifting furniture btw.

Just worried during CNY month, too many people purchase aircon like what happened during hari raya, takes one month to have sifu to come over to install aircon. BTW, this month senheng doing promotion. Save $$.

How to tell Ceramic or Porcelain tiles?

Hi,

I've search youtube, and they show if ceramic tiles are ready to absorb any water pour on the back of the tile and porcelain is water just don't get absorbed.

The thing is i don't know what did the developer used for my bathroom wall. Any ideas how to tell?

I plan to drill and install accessories. Just worried if is porcelain i will have hard time drilling it through.

Interlocking bricks

Hi all, i plan to lay some interlocking brick on a land size 5.5 feet x 10 feet. I was given a quotation of RM800. I would like to know is this price, (material + labour = RM800) is reasonable? Currently the land only with soil, so can direct excavate.
