hello everyone, anyone can share their way to post out things by poslaju more effectively? i am new to use poslaju and need advices from all sifus

Now how i post out my things is just go to PosLaju then pay a RM 7.30 to deliver item,
but got once i want to post a longer item which cannot be fitted into the small 0.5kg padded envelope, the staff ask me to pay RM10.5 for the 1KG one.
I was stunned as my item is just long but weight is just merely 50g and ended up i have to squeeze the item to the small bag....

So i hope any sifus can teach me like how to self pack item to deliver, buy flyers etc ~~
