WTA: Use fiber optic drop cable for network

Hi guys...

Wondering if I can use those SC-SC fiber optic drop cable that you can buy online cheaply to connect two houses together. Is it possible?

I've been looking at switches/SFP connectors but they all use the duplex type adapter.

I notice the Unifi BTU all use this simplex type... what should I get to make this link?

I already used UTP cable before but got hit by lightning... always giving problem.

Guys. Just got GTA5 and I though my rig was good enough to play at fairly high res... but no max I can get 1366 x768 resolution.

So would like to ask sifus to recommend a card under 1k that can do this game justice. Now running AMD 6850 crossfire mode.

Thinking of R9 270X 4GB.

Any thoughs?

Reason for sale: Bought wrong model. It's not compatible with my other Talkabout radios (never buy in a rush next time). This radio is on the PMR446 band while my others are on the FRS band.
