I never own affordable house so have doubt on the build quality and neighborhood. But no doubt price is cheaper.
In this case which one will you choose? Open project can get when you pay booking, but rumawip need to compete will thousands of applicants and not sure can get?
I'm eligible and contemplating on both option. I'm looking for your precious comment on pros and cons. Lean to own stay purpose.

Google photo supposed to only backup mobile device's photo right?

I found delete photos on Google Photo will delete photo on device as well? Supposably we can remove google backup photo without touching the source photo right?

Checking the setting mentioning "sync and backup". How can I set to "backup" only, not "sync" with phone?

What i want to achieve is keep every shot on phone, then later clean up unwanted photos in Google Photo to save storage.

found the google information said to turn off backup and sync when delete and on back - tried but useless

workaround - need to delete from other device e.g. pc
