There&amp;#39;s a 15kg+ plate but I never use it.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here&amp;#39;s what I do for my diet. At the beginning of each week, I hardboil 30 eggs and put them in the fridge. I eat out for my lunch and dinner and have 2 whole eggs in the morning and 2 whole eggs at night. I take Scott Emulsion&amp;#39;s (the original cum flavor, mm hmm) and also Glucolin which I used for post workout. Only tried protein powder once last year which I got from GNC. Lasted for around 2 months, cuz every scoop chips a bit of my soul away. If I workout at nite I&amp;#39;ll eat out again right after that. My bf i guess would be at least 20%.</description>
