Air Cond Pipe

Hi guys,
I am first time house owner and I have a question. Do any of ya'll know if there is air cond that doesn't need any piping? I am living in an appartment and the previous piping run into the bathroom. So, if I want to conceal the pipe I will have to hack to tiles.

I will really appreciate any advise....
Thanks!!!
