Hi guys, I would like to get some advise on renovation.

Especially renovate bathroom for second hand house.
Lately I've going to buy a condo unit which is already 10 years.

All seems good except bathroom and I would like to get advise on renovate bathroom.

All I need to renovate is change new toilet bowl and basin.

Anyone has any experience with it?

1) Estimate cost for new toilet bowl and basin include removal & installation?
2) Does it affect the floor and wall? If yes, what to do and cost?

MY ESTIMATE BUDGET IS RM6,000 for 2 bath room ~ Is that ok or under or can make good quality?
