Hi my sister going to graduate this September, at the moment she is working in stock broking / securities company (IT Department) about two months. My sister very bother of the advice that given by her lecturer. This is what her lecturer said, 'since you are working in stock broking company now, but if you go to search career advancement few years later especially in MCN Company, which will a bit difficult for her.
I hope any experience people can give some advice for my sister. I, as her sister, this is the only way I can do for her. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I found a position as customer support specialist in IBM. As i know this position is more with administration? I really have no clue what this position about. Anyone who works in IBM at the moment or before? Can you give me some hints about this post and the working environment there? I will appreciate it. Thank you. :)
