Help! Cannot reno/move in condo no water+elect

cadogan784 — Thu, 01 Feb 2018 05:43:00 +0800

Hi need help from property sifus out there. Recently the condo that I purchased (Garden Residences in Skudai by Scientex, Block D) alrdy vp, but not able to reno cause apparently no TNB and water meter connection to the particular building. The first two blocks (A & B) already completed and occupied quite some time ago, facilities all up and running... only mine and Block C recently done.

Any advices from experts on what kind of appropriate action (rather than waiting like a silly poor cheated owner by a so called big company) that I should take during this course. The bank installment is already in full yet not able to make any progress on the house is really killing me at the moment, not to mention unfair to us owners with little power to do anything.

Appreciate your opinion, many thanks.

Effective ways to find tenant for rented home?

cadogan784 — Thu, 15 Oct 2015 12:56:33 +0800

Dear Fellow forumers,

I would like to ask suggestions on how to effectively advertise for a rented house?

I have tried a local agent, Iproperty website, and even in lowyat forum but disappointed with response received so far.

Anyone know any other effective advertising medium to use?

The property is in Senai, Johor.

I would like to have Singaporean audience but don't have any clue on suitable advertising medium for this.
