Login Restriction ?!

Since after the new patch releases I keep getting a Login Restriction every time which I do not know why.
I did not do anything wrong and i used to log in normally.
They have told me to change the password which is fine but the next day it keeps restricting me from login in again ?!
Why is this happening to me and how can i prevent this ?

Hello,I keep getting this error that prevents me from going onto the startup page after I've clicked play in the patch.

I tried to browsed every forum for this fix but no avail.
Did anyone get this error too and is there a fix to this problem ? Please let me know!

Is there any Digital Art tuition in Malaysia ? I've only heard ClaZrooms has it.I just wanna noe any tuition centre beside Clazrooms.
