Bear in mind that this car seat is to be used together with the Family Fix base thus, it equires your car to have ISOFIX inorder to secure the Family Fix base. It can't be secure with just the car seat belt.

Both the car seat & the Family Fix base was purchased at retail RM1,200 each. (total RM2,400 )

In a very good condition, no tear. Cushion can be removed for washing if need be.

Foodcourt in Prime location in PJ, Non-halal food operators wanted.

Location background - catering for offices around the area, peak hours are breakfast and lunch, strategically located with ample of carparks, next to residential areas and blue collared workers of factories around

Operating days - 7am to 3pm (breakfast and lunch), off on weekends and public holidays

Stalls priced at RM600 per month for curry mee, pan mee, prawn mee, economy noodles, tong shui, pork noodles, yee mee, wan tan mee, yong tau foo, chee cheng fun, popiah
(Maximum mix of two types permitted)

High rolling stalls at RM2,000 per month for chicken rice and RM2,500 for economy rice
