renovation

Recently hear frm a fren doing house renovation .

1st contractor quote a lower price and get the job, but the job did not do properly and cause leaking to neighbours side and have quality issue.
Contractor just give few foreign worker to run the work. whatever item point out mention will be rectified at the end just left the mess behind
contractor mention have run out of budget, and the earlier quote to deem void
in order to proceed with the work, need to pay additional although no any vo works incurred.

the contractor keep on using watssapp to communicate and not picking up the call.
a)reason not picking up call
b) phone battery went dead
c)going for vacation with family member
d)meet with an accident
e)phone drop into battery
f)busy driving
g)entertaining another client

well tats some of the excuse given.

2nd contractor

since 1st contractor has completed the structural work and use up the pool, owner has to bring in extra for finishing work
this contractor will put few workers to touchup the wall at the end of the day the quality is not satisfactorily and request for full payment before proceeding to other works.
fren pointed out few items to do completion , after more than a month the item still not being done.
giving a lot empty promise but didnt deliver .

just to share well of course there are still good renovation contractors out there...

renovations

My friend is doing renovation to his house, the plan was for contractor to complete it in 4 months time , but at the end the job was delay for 3 months due to workers
and weather.
now awaiting final roofing, electricity, and piping, tiling. The unit has been vacant for a month with not a single worker working.
Contractor keep giving excuse tomorrow or next week will be starting work, this has been dragging for a month.
friend is getting impatient with all the delaying tactic.

should my friend keep on waiting? or should he try look for for trustworthy contractor with responsibility.

Here just to share, story frm my fren.

Neighbour will always park in the middle of the road to open the gate, to allow the car to park
in car porch.
question is why couldn't the neighbour park at the side of the road while opening the door gate, or some owner tats using auto gate instead the key lock.
this will allow motorist to pass through instead waiting for the house owner to open the gate rite.

owner handling dog

few weeks ago im bringing my dog, for a walk i like to share 2 incidence.

one incedent is the owner handling a big rotweiler dog, and dunno if the dog were dragging the owner, or the leash broken,
the dog runaway and the owner try to chase the dog, at the end she did manage to catch up with the dog..
in my opinion, if were to handle big dogs, need to make sure u can really control the dog well, luckily no other dog or bystander were nearby the dog if not might resulted in being attacked.

2nd incident is the maid handling a big dog like akita very rare, i hear these are fighter dog, i saw their well built body..
not to bring near ur dog to make friends with them.. would attack ur dog before u know it...
whn walk by the maid will give warning pls do not come near me.. maybe thats what the owner teach the maid to inform jay walkers... haha

car parking

just to share, few days ago heard my opposite neighbor's complaining tat my next door neighbor frequently park on their side, whn opening door for car to go in / out. and whn friends come visiting, used to temporily park at their entrance while waiting for their friend to come out, with the driver in the car .
At first the wife chided the neighbor's friend for always parking here, in a unfriendly tone, so the friend reply whats wrong parking here, for short while, then come the husband wife , showing machoness, opening the gate, n reversing the car from the car porch , so tat the neighbour's fren has to budge(no choice)
then i hear the husband come out complaining to next door neighbour. the friend had since left the scene.

a) why not park at ur side, (at the side aredi a car park by)
b)if the car stay any longer i will immobilise the car.
c)request the friend to apologise to the wife for being rude..
d) driving big car but behave badly
e)mentioning parking in front of house is threathening their safety, can make a police report abt it.
f) husband come take pic of the car
the neighbour just say sorry, listen to their grumbling and went back inside to tend to their chores..

in my thinking the neighbours mention tat his neighbour badly, the husband on the other hand behave few times fold badly...

working life

Yesterday my gal friend tell me she was being victimized by one of the consultants, she saw some documents not being printed correctly and she wats app the consultant,
and the consultant apps her to chk the corresponding email send by her which come out nothing.

Then she call the consultant to email her the particulars and the consultant scolded her for not being attentive during the meeting, which she was one leave when the matter is being discussed althought she have some faint image abt the documents tats why she call to check , and the consultant email to her boss and cc to rest of her colleague that she was not being attentive during meeting, my gal friend was dumb founded. and during the meeting the superior also no properly investigate the matter also chidded her for not being attentive.

Later my fren check tat she was not being in the loop of the email by the consultant, some more the mad she was.

I advised her to tell her superior the next day, which she did and her superior say will investigate the matter, what to do , I ask her to forget abt the matter and let bygones be bygones..

what would u do if this incident happen on you??...

car battery

my frend try to start the car this afternoon but no sound , suspect maybe battery died, then drive other car, later evening come back to chk onli find out tat the car battery was missing. my advise to others is look for a well lighted place and more visible place to park your car...

Today bring my dog to a veterinary clinic in near jln gasing, these clinic as usual was packed, after waiting for ard 1hr and 20 min finally my turn came.

I was attended by a nice doc, tat explain my dog condition to me

My dog has a blood clot on one of the ears, was diagnosed as wat clinical terms as heamatoma, the doc don recommend my dog to for surgery due to my dogs age.

was given some medicine to reduce the swellness in it, and advised to pay a visit by next week. Hopefully the medicine stop the swellness and my dog ear will look fluffy again.
