I was looking at speakers and I was deciding between Altec Lansing and Creative but I don't know which one is better.

Hi, I was thinking of getting a new speaker set.

Should I get the Sonicgear Evo 8 or the Creative Inspire T6160? I know the Sonicgear Evo 8 is 2.1 while the the Creative Inspire T610 is 5.1 . I don't mind if it is 5.1 or 2.1 . I just want a speaker set that has good bass and also clear mids. Thanks! I mostly use it with my iPad and also maybe sometimes with my laptop that is equipped with 5.1 Dolby Digital Soundcard.

Annoyed by speakers L and R

My Sonicgear Evo 7 keeps switching the L and R streams.. I tested the left and right speakers and then put one on the left and one on the right. The next day, the right speaker is playing the L and the left speaker is playing R. Then I thought it was my mistake and I switched it around.. But after a few days, I run the test again and again the left speakers is playing the R and the right speakers are playing the L... Even though how I change. It will still change the channels of the speakers. I checked the cables and they are correctly connected.
