I regret buying from HP online

I know i read of a few other users who complained about their HP pc. But I still went and ordered mine.
My new HP folio 13 ( i5 processor) is nothing but a very expensive nightmare.
I called HP and was told to do this and that. Nothing seem to work. The people do not sound locals. I was greeted- HP Singapore a number of times so now not sure who and which country I am dealing with.
It is like after they make a sale, they do not want to know you or cannot remember your original complain and a lot of phone calls and time wasted!
I spoke to a few people there and looks like they keep misunderstanding or they do not know our own spoken language!

Then i called again and again and looks like i have to do the calling again otherwise they won't bother!

I follow their instructions to email to HP about my complains but that result in error messages or send me to HP store website!
I went to HP on facebook but look like my comments got lost the next day!

I just want to let others know that HP is not like before.
I was so much better off with my old laptop before.

I cannot afford to waste so much time over this bad decision and I feel it is best to trade in for another brand! Any suggestions?

Which phone should be better under rm 3000 ?

My company is allowing me to get a new phone and will subsidize it.

Which phone has the best video/photo capability and call quality under rm 3k?

At the moment I am using an old Samsung phone which is reliable and also a Nokia N-8 which is excellent for calling but forever freezing when I use it for other things!

I am given the option to get this HP model as my company's pc.

At this price is there better and more reliable models I should consider? rm5000 is the limit

Sunshine / Kromellin roof spray

My roof is leaking and old. so I check for roof spray and repair specialists in newspaper.

One is Sunshine and the other is Cromelin.

I was quoted around rm6000-rm7800.

but my contractor who did some renovation for a few houses in my area say no good.

he said roof spray is gimmick and cannot make roof waterproof like umbrela like they claim in newspaper.

I ask around and found out there are number of complaints against one of these roof spray company.

Now should I ask my deposit back and cancel? I call them but i get answer machine now.
