Hello sifus,

I'm planning to get a Hermann tortoise soon.

I have questions on the Perhilitan license though.. When the seller issue the receipt and license, do I need to bring it to the Perhilitan immediately, or any time frame?

2nd question, how much do I have to pay Perhilitan for the license? 1 time payment or renew annually?

Apartment Maintenance Fee

I'm first time apartment owner, and I just found out that the management of my new apartment collect the maintenance fee quarterly, meaning this month, I have to pay for Feb, March and April.

I remember from my parents' apartment, we paid the fee monthly.

Is that a new practice to pay maintenance fee quarterly?

Preparation for bride-to-be

My initial plan is to have a nice korean perm hair for my ROM, for easy styling - "get some nice hair-band and I'm done" type.

However, on 2nd thought, should I just maintain a natural hair (long straight with a bit wave) and let the hair stylish do my hair for the ROM?

Another point to consider, my wedding photo shoot will be one month after the ROM. I'm just worried that the hair stylist will have limited option with my hair, as I read somewhere perm hair very hard to straighten out again.

What about hair coloring? Any idea on that?

acne

I got acne problem throughout my teens years and till now.

Recently I found a great product and it really reduce the number of acne popping out on my face.

But then I realised instead the acne pop out on weird places - neck, scalp, behind ear...

What can I do to internally clear up those acne?? Can I take care of these acne as usual (as in normal acne care)?

Sifu-sifu sekalian,

I just purchased a property for 120k, bank loan 108k. property still under construction, expected completion year: 2014. I also just received my S&P (signed in Dec 2011) from my lawyer.

So now my question is whether to take my $$$ from EPF ACC 2 or wait till end of 2013 to repay my house loan / renovation (estimate around 25k) ...... if take now, I can get like 8k ++ .. then put into fixed deposit acc or what ?? any suggestion ??
