I hav been using tmnet's streamyx for quite some time, n the method of connecting is dail tru the dailling prog tmnet provided in the CD.
it's quite a lenghty process and can take up quite long some times....
but i though it's the standard way al along

recently i hav came across my fren where by they can set their network setting
to get instant on connection without dailling

i was wondering how to set such setting and is there any cons using these type of connection?
